A: Probably that I've built a life that I love waking up to, with work I care about, people I trust, and just enough adventure - a dream that I worked hard for. And I’d ask just as many questions about you, because that's the best part.
A: Good coffee, dogs, the ocean, real conversation, and days with nothing scheduled.
A: That I value “imperfectly perfect” over surface-level polish.
A: Veg gardening. Reading and podcast marathons. Sauna!
A: I pay attention to details other people might miss. Small things, consistently.
A: Work with kids at the PCYC. Ocean swims. Camping road trips.
A: Training in Bali and spending time with the strongest fighters and most spiritually full people that I have ever known.
A: I follow through. If I say I'll do something, I do it and take pride in it.
A: Emotional intelligence, a cheeky sense of humour, and curiosity about others.
A: Making people feel instantly at ease. I've been told I'm a good listener - the kind of person you forget you just met.
A: A few times a year, usually somewhere coastal or bush. I like travel for the reset it gives me, but I'm just as happy home with good coffee and no plans.
A: Mostly whole foods, freshly made, but minimal fuss. Training is a mix of strength, boxing and running. I like variety over a rigid program.
A: Early riser, coffee and laptop in bed, train most mornings, outdoors whenever I can. I like structure in my week but spontaneity on my days off.
A: I grew up very quiet and introspective. The confidence I have now is something I built, and it’s true, which is why I am grateful for connection.
A: I can be as wild as I am kind ;)
A: I get a genuine lift from making people feel good rather than impressed.
