One of my most memorable experiences was during a long summer of training with my team. The heat, the sweat, the pressure—it was the kind of intensity that pushes you to your limits. But amid all of that, something unexpected happened.
It was after one particularly tough practice when my colleague—someone I had always admired, both on and off the field—caught my attention in a way I hadn’t anticipated. We’d always been teammates, but in that moment, as we exchanged a look and shared a quiet conversation, I realized there was more than just camaraderie between us. We found ourselves spending more time together, talking late into the night about our dreams, our goals, and everything we wanted out of life. I do travel quite a bit—football matches, training camps, and those moments when a change of scenery fuels my creativity—but nothing compares to the feeling of coming back home. Tbilisi is my heartbeat, my sanctuary, and the city I proudly represent. While new places spark excitement and challenge me, my roots run deep in Tbilisi, and I’m always eager to showcase its charm and energy wherever I go.
