RentMen:
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
JaySalvatore:
In my spare time, I enjoy a mix of creative and relaxing activities. Some of my favorite hobbies include reading, especially fiction and personal development books, as well as writing—whether it's journaling, short stories, or just jotting down thoughts. I also like listening to music and exploring different genres, depending on my mood. When I want to unwind, I enjoy watching movies or going for walks outdoors to clear my mind. I’m also interested in learning new things, so I often spend time researching topics that catch my curiosity or trying out new skills.
RentMen:
What do you do for fun?
JaySalvatore:
For fun, I enjoy spending time doing things that help me relax and recharge. That might be watching movies or shows, listening to music, going for walks, or hanging out with friends and family. I also like trying new hobbies or learning something creative when I have free time—anything that helps me unwind and enjoy the moment.
RentMen:
How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?
JaySalvatore:
I go the extra mile by putting care and intention into everything I do—whether it’s for work, school, or personal relationships. I pay attention to details, follow through on my commitments, and try to go beyond what’s expected when I know it will make a positive difference. I also push myself to keep growing—learning new things, setting personal goals, and staying consistent, even when it’s not easy.
RentMen:
Tell us about the best experience you have had in life.
JaySalvatore:
One of my greatest life experiences was stepping out of my comfort zone to take on a challenge I wasn’t sure I was ready for—whether it was a new job, a leadership role, or traveling somewhere unfamiliar. It taught me that growth often comes from discomfort, and that I’m capable of more than I sometimes think. That experience gave me a stronger sense of confidence, independence, and perspective that continues to shape how I approach life today.
