A: I travel as much as my life allows. I have been a "fag-abond" 😉 for many years and the last two have been focusing on grounding my roots to my homebase. However I am Sag. twice over so when I travel I try to go for no less than two weeks. I feel it's pointless to spend less time than that, how else are you supposed to really experience a place if you don't get the feel how it feels to be a local there. I've been to Berlin, Zurich, Jamaica, Tanzania, Kenya, Zanzibar and all the eastern coastal and southern states of the US (road trips mostly).
A: Currently trying to eat leaner and get back to running daily. I've been a vegan for 11 years in my past and studied nutrition closely. Presently tho i believe in the blood type diet. Id say my most regular work out would be fucking daily for extended periods of time.
