Q: What should others absolutely know about you?

A: What you see with me is genuine. I value good communication, respect, and making people feel comfortable from the very beginning. I believe the best experiences come from building a real connection first, which is why I enjoy taking the time to get to know someone rather than rushing into things. Whether we're meeting for a coffee, dinner, a weekend away, or simply some quality time together, I want it to feel natural and enjoyable for both of us.

Q: What distinguishes you from all the other people you know?

A: I think the difference is that I offer both presence and connection. I'm confident and masculine, but also attentive, easy to talk to, and genuinely interested in people. Whether we're sharing a meal, exploring the city, travelling together, or simply enjoying each other's company, I focus on creating an experience that feels comfortable, authentic, and memorable.

Q: What is your specialty?

A: My niche is creating an experience that feels natural, relaxed, and genuine. I have a masculine, athletic presence and I'm just as comfortable sharing a great conversation over dinner as I am unwinding together after a long day. Many people lead busy lives and spend their time looking after everyone else; I enjoy being the person they can switch off with, feel comfortable around, and simply enjoy the moment with.

Q: If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?

A: I’d probably tell you about the journey that brought me from the UK to Sydney and how much stepping outside my comfort zone changed me as a person. I’d talk about how important growth, resilience, and experiencing life fully has become to me over the last few years. I’d also probably surprise you a bit by being more relaxed and open than you might expect at first — I enjoy genuine conversation, good humour, and getting to know what really drives people beneath the surface.

Q: What are 5 things you can’t live without?

A: Fitness and training, good coffee, music, meaningful connection with people, and having goals to work towards. I’m someone who needs both structure and enjoyment in life — staying active, growing as a person, and surrounding myself with good energy keeps me grounded and motivated.

Q: Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like others to absolutely know about you?

A: Probably that I’m very genuine in how I treat people. I might come across quite masculine, confident, and guarded at first, but I’m naturally grounded, attentive, and easy to connect with once people get to know me. I value respect, good energy, and making people feel comfortable around me, and I think that’s something people remember after spending time with me.

Q: What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?

A: Outside of work I enjoy staying active and making the most of life. Fitness and training are a big part of my routine, and I enjoy things like running, Hyrox-style training, beach walks, and getting outdoors whenever I can. I’m also really into good food, coffee, travelling, music, and spending quality time with friends. Since moving to Sydney I’ve enjoyed exploring new places and experiences, and I appreciate a good balance between staying disciplined and actually enjoying life.

Q: How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?

A: I think going the extra mile comes down to effort, consistency, and how you treat people. Whether it’s work, fitness, friendships, or personal growth, I try to fully commit to the things I care about rather than doing things halfway. I pay attention to details, stay reliable, and make an effort to create positive experiences for the people around me. I also believe growth happens when you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone, take risks, and keep pushing yourself forward instead of settling.

Q: What do you do for fun?

A: I enjoy anything that keeps me active, social, or experiencing something new. Training and fitness are a big part of my lifestyle, but outside of that I enjoy good food, coffee, nights out with friends, beach walks, weekend trips, and exploring different parts of Sydney. I also appreciate quieter downtime too — good conversation, music, switching off, and enjoying someone’s company without everything needing to feel rushed.

Q: Tell us about the best experience you have had in life.

A: Moving from the UK to Australia has probably been the biggest and most defining experience of my life so far. Leaving behind everything familiar pushed me far outside my comfort zone and forced me to grow quickly as a person. It gave me a fresh perspective, helped me become more independent, and made me realise how important it is to keep evolving rather than staying stuck in the same environment forever. Since being in Sydney I’ve met all kinds of people, experienced new lifestyles, and learned a lot about myself along the way. I still feel like I’m only at the beginning of that journey, and I want to keep building on that momentum by continuing to challenge myself, explore new experiences, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Q: What would you say are your greatest attributes?

A: I’d say my strongest traits are being grounded, adaptable, and emotionally aware. I’m naturally calm under pressure, easy to talk to, and good at making people feel comfortable around me. I also value reliability and consistency — if I say I’m going to do something, I’ll do it. Alongside that, I’m ambitious, disciplined with my lifestyle, and always looking to grow as a person rather than staying stuck in one place.

Q: How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

A: I enjoy a balance of both. I like having structure and routine in my day-to-day life, but I also really value new experiences and getting out of my comfort zone. Since moving from the UK to Sydney I’ve enjoyed travelling more, meeting different people, and exploring new places whenever I get the chance. I’m equally happy with a relaxed evening at home, a weekend away, or experiencing a new city and everything that comes with it.

Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: Fitness has been a big part of my life for years, so staying in shape comes naturally to me. I train regularly with a mix of strength work, running, and conditioning, and I’ve competed in events like Hyrox which I really enjoy for the challenge and discipline they require. My lifestyle is active both inside and outside the gym because of the work I do. Diet-wise, I keep things balanced and high in protein, focusing on consistency and looking after myself without being overly restrictive.

Q: What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?

A: I live a pretty active and disciplined lifestyle. I work a physical job, train regularly, and take pride in looking after myself both mentally and physically. I enjoy staying social, exploring new places, good food, good conversation, and keeping a healthy balance between structure and enjoying life. I think what makes me who I am is a combination of resilience, adaptability, and being genuinely present with people. I’m ambitious in my own way, but I also value simplicity, authenticity, and staying grounded.

Q: What would you like your readers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?

A: A lot of people are surprised by how grounded and easygoing I am once they meet me. I probably come across quite masculine and guarded at first, but I’m naturally attentive, affectionate, and very good at reading people. I genuinely enjoy conversation and connection, and I think that’s why people tend to relax around me quickly. I’m also someone who values growth and pushing myself, whether that’s through fitness, work, or stepping outside my comfort zone and experiencing new things.

Q: What do you enjoy most about yourself?

A: Probably my ability to make people feel comfortable around me. I’m confident in who I am, easy to talk to, and naturally grounded. I enjoy staying active, looking after myself, and bringing good energy into the people and environments around me.
