RentMen:
If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?
Marlon_Tesoro:
I would probably start with telling you that I have some hand sanitizer lol.
I’d tell you that nothing about me is accidental. I’ve built myself- mind, body, and energy- from the ground up. That I’ve lived more lives than most people get in one. That I love contrast: chaos and control, lust and logic, silence and sound. I’d tell you that I’m not here to be liked-I’m here to be remembered. And if you’re sitting across from me, that means you’re not basic either.
RentMen:
What are 5 things you can’t live without?
Marlon_Tesoro:
Technically speaking, consciousness can’t experience its own death. So in a pure, philosophical sense, I could live without all sorts of stuff—my phone, my house, even my body—as long as that spark of awareness stayed alive. I guess once consciousness is gone, there’s nobody there to notice. So yeah, the only one thing I truly can’t live without is my own consciousness. Everything else is optional…even if some things feel downright necessary.
Buuuut here are five things I can’t imagine my life without:
1. My mind
2. My books (over 1,500)
3. Pets
4. Music
5. Showers
RentMen:
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like others to absolutely know about you?
Marlon_Tesoro:
As an INTJ, I don’t fake it. Not in conversation, not in connection, not in energy. If you’re with me, it’s real. And that’s rarer than people realize.
RentMen:
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Marlon_Tesoro:
I like to build things occasionally. I really want to build a prototype for a flying saucer but I’m having trouble finding someone who can buy distilled mercury lol.
