How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

TheJockNextDoor:

I like to travel a lot and whenever I can. I enjoy being in new places; visit museums, art galleries, go to a show or just try new foods, discover new cultures and lifestyles.

What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

I eat everything but very balanced, I try to eat high protein and low sugars, but I don´t restrain myself from it. I try to work out at least 4 times a week
