I'd tell you I’ve learned that giving in is a power move. I’d tell you I love when men take control, but only if they respect what they’re holding. I’d tell you how much I crave being touched without having to ask. And if the wine hit just right, I’d probably ask you what you’d do if we skipped dessert and just kept walking

I experiment in the kitchen , I journal things I’d never say out loud. I train my body not just to look good, but to feel responsive, open, strong
