Surprise gym session with mother bear today at lunch time. We met at the gym for a catch up session and workout then at 4 o'clock after we finished I had a visit to see her house for the first time. On the way out she gave me a frozen piece of steak out of her freezer which was really nice of her. Now I know for sure that we will get our routine back on track again I still went to the supermarket on the way home and bought another piece of steak which I grilled and ate it with beans and corned beef then 5 hours later I ate the piece of steak that she gave me again with beans and tuna this time. Dear diary today I went to the gym arriving for about 10 o'clock my gym buddy was supposed to meet me but she had another commitment so I stayed 3 hours then came home. Had PT area and lifting weights etc on gym floor I rammed up Halo-boys with my video links then I set off to Leeds depositing yesterdays takings in the bank on the way to take over the Jacuzzi for the day. Had a good sleep I woke up set off to the gym for my first shift of the day then I got the bus down to town for steak club at the pub with all steaks reduced in price so I ordered a 14 ounce Aberdeen Angus steak for £8 ate that then decided to order another one eating 2 steak dinners today. I then got the bus back up to the gym to train hard tuning it to muscle. I have worked myself very hard today in the gym it's been a good day I walked home to stay in for the rest of the day. I had a bath in the evening then one of my regular older white gentleman customers came over to my place for a massage then he took me out for some chocolate cake with custard. We parked up in the car while I ate it then dropped me back home for the night. Tomorrow I'm Running and training with my gym buddy with the routine back to normal then I think Leeds to recover for the afternoon.

Today was my first day training back with my gym buddy at our local gym after 2 weeks apart. She already arrived at the gym and I walked up to meet her the routine was completely off balance she had already started running whilst waiting for me so we were completely out of sync with each other. I didn't feel comfortable so we had a chat at the bar and decided to reset our scheduled workouts from Wednesday. Completely sticking to our usual routine of picking me up arriving together coffee at the bar then treadmills, sit ups, machine work then sauna for her whilst I continue alone. This routine works best for both of us with reliability and continuity I left the gym early taking the train over to my other gym where I could relax and settle into my usual routine there. Today started off with a slight disruption but I managed to get my balance and focus back later on in the day. Looking forward to getting back to normal I love my gym buddy and really want us to pick up where we left off before the holidays this guarantees success and happiness for the both of us.

Woke up 8AM set off straight to the gym for 3 hours on free motion working hard then I got a call so walked home in the wind and rain. On the way back I called into the shop chicken was on offer today so I bought one to eat with beans stretching at home whilst waiting for my client. Not much to report on business is a bit quiet lately getting texts and calls but no actual meets. Been gyming this weekend yesterday I stayed in Bradford hitting the gym twice morning then afternoon. Today hit the local gym this morning then decided to go over to Leeds to recover in the Jacuzzi. This weekend I have started adding sets of 20 press ups to my routine because my rotary cuffs are strong enough to support my own body weight now. Then after about 2 months of me doing that I want to build it up to where I am doing the bench press laid on my back lifting the bar weight up and down because after 2 months I should be able to handle that with no pain or discomfort as I become stronger in the shoulders and arms which will intensify the workout on my chest. People at the gym are commenting on how my body has improved which is nice and will be back with my gym buddy next week after the Easter Holidays.
