Today I still feel under the weather with cold so I decided to still meet my gym buddy for our weekly Monday training session. Today I ran 6.5 KM taking just under 40 minutes moving between speeds of 8.00 per hour and 12.00 per hour. Also adjusting my incline from between 2 and 6 for hills Running fast for 5 minutes then reducing speed and incline to cool down for 8 minutes then back up again really pushing myself. My very good friend and Gym partner also did very well she ran 5 KM today it was a good run for the both of us. We then completed 120 sit ups and did our stretches and some machine work. Today I have a cold and feel really run down so I thought I would give myself a day off the gym staying at home to recover. I have just made another video I have decided that once all my websites are updated with the top 1000 images and everything is well up to date I am going to increase my prices to £130 for an in call at my place and £260 for an out call. Still min the process of getting my videos created one video to represent every 4 photographs in my main 1000 available images. I am still uploading them all to websites and negotiating with webmasters and dealing with other annoying admin tasks. It's all admin in this game you have to understand photographs and how to deal with them.
