Past few days I have not really been going out to the gym mainly staying at home doing it at home. I'm very withdrawn at the moment so I have been playing a lot of theme park world which is the ultimate game for me when I am like that. I have enjoyed building some really functional theme parks. The meaning of the game is making sure all the rides are built guests have smiley yellow faces, that the park is clean and tidy the rides are all suitable, the shops are economic and everything is maintained perfectly. Entertainers are there to juggle for the people waiting to get on a ride. Bins and toilets when they get off. Anyway last night one of my regulars popped in to give me my gym money and check me. He was really impressed promised me that hes going to keep coming until 'were' finished with the gym. So today I'm back at the gym working hard going to really push myself today.

I got this amazing ring from a client made by a local artist, so beautiful to actually hold traditional craftmenship handed down through generations, this trip has definitely been making me think about getting a place somewhere around here... Adobe and solar panels, maybe a natural bathhouse fed by the natural hot springs!! Next up Albuquerque and Amarillo tx

On Saturday I had a good morning gym session at my local. Had a sunbed too I didn't have breakfast in the morning so I made eggs with beans then went for my Jacuzzi because I was jumping on my trampoline I needed a good soak in the water for a few hours. After that I went outside for a break and it started raining heavily a real down pour raining with such force and power everyone running for shelter the weather in Leeds was really bad thunder and lightening the gym ceiling is leaking so i reported it to a member of staff. People in the dark cinema water dripping on them that would have been funny to see. After gym I went home when the rain had stopped. Sunday straight to the gym no breakfast again. Then off to the park it was a nice day so I did some out door running I found a bat man hat. Light bulb lit above my head . . .THEME !! Then I stayed at home playing theme park world I made a really good theme park.

I haven't wrote a blog for about 4 days so I am going to summarize the past 4 days in 2 blog updates. Thursday I went to my local gym for my morning exercise then I went to the spa gym. The main reason I have missed blogging is because my moods have been up and down. Just wanted to have a break from it for a few days while I recovered. Friday I hit local gym then stayed home. I wish there was someone to rescue me out of it but there isn't so I'm just alone with it like I always was. Dealing with it with no one to care or try to make me feel better. With not much support etc If I would have been put in the forced pattern of socializing regularly all my life it would be OK. Instead I was alone too much so it's not OK especially when I'm not having a good day. I suppose I didn't need the hidden curriculum they thought I would be able to fill in the gaps myself in my isolation with the media and all the hidden messages. I was a very special gifted child so why not withdraw me that much that I would not be able to function at all.

Today I woke up made breakfast then I set off to the gym I trained for about an hour then my gym buddy arrived out of the blue. We did a short run together it's been our first in about 3 weeks she hasn't run since her competition she was telling me all about it. I worked over today staying until after 8 then I went for the train I was tired and aching I took a taxi home also because of the rain. I went home had dinner then set off to Leeds I inquired about handing my notice in ready to move gyms it's a month on the day then on the way home I checked the new spa gym prices are a bit less so I will be moving soon. It's been a good day enjoyed the gyms.

Today I made a doctors appointment to collect my prescription then I made breakfast 3 burgers with 3 eggs. I arrived at work to train for 2 hours then I had a sunbed session. I text my gym buddy about a run hopefully for tomorrow it’s been 3 weeks since we have trained together. I walked home had some more food then set off for the train to the spa gym. Today I trained then before I got in the Jacuzzi I got pulled in the office by the manager. Another member accused me of masturbating in the Jacuzzi pool. People make passes at me sometimes anyway it made me think that now maybe it is time that I move on up out of the public sector gyms into the private hotel gyms. This is my new business strategy to be based from a hotel gym I had a regular customer call in tonight which was nice.
