A: I keep it very disciplined but realistic: four proper weight-training sessions each week, with plenty of walking alongside them. I focus on staying lean, strong and well balanced rather than chasing extremes.
My diet is 100 per cent vegan, protein-focused, fairly clean and consistent, with enough flexibility to enjoy life in Naples. I pay attention to recovery, hydration and sleep, but I am not interested in pretending that a good meal or dessert is a moral failure.
A: 1. Training and looking after myself.
2. A strong coffee.
3. My phone and a properly organised digital life.
4. Travel plans, even if they are only tentative.
5. Good company, good food and something worth talking about.
A: If there is one thing people should know, it is that I value quality over quantity. I would rather have a genuinely enjoyable experience, proper chemistry and good conversation than simply go through the motions.
A: Training is by far the most important part of my routine, and I enjoy keeping active, exploring Naples, travelling and finding excellent places to eat. I also enjoy reading, history, writing, languages and the occasional deeply unnecessary rabbit hole into a subject that catches my attention.
A: Living in several countries other than Italy (still the world's greatest country though!) and building a life on my own terms has probably taught me the most. It has made me more adaptable, independent and open-minded, while also showing me the value of choosing carefully who and what deserves my time.
A: I think the combination is what makes me distinctive: I am fit and well presented, but I am also articulate, cultured and genuinely interested in people. I can be playful and spontaneous, but I also know how to create an easy, calm atmosphere.
A: I would say confidence, discretion, curiosity, warmth and reliability. I am also attentive: I notice the small details, listen properly and try to make people feel comfortable from the moment we meet.
A: I travel regularly and genuinely enjoy discovering new cities, especially places with character, good food, beautiful architecture and a strong local rhythm. At the same time, I value having a comfortable home base and I am very happy with a quiet evening, a good meal and the right company.
A: I am a vegan and cruelty to animals revolts me.
A: My life is a balance of discipline and enjoyment: training, work, travel, good food, culture and making time for people I genuinely like. I am organised and ambitious, but I do not take myself too seriously; Naples has taught me that life is meant to be lived well.
A: I am more thoughtful than people may expect at first glance. I enjoy learning, reading, travelling and having conversations that go beyond the obvious; a handsome face is nice, but personality and chemistry matter far more to me.
A: People should know that I am genuinely present, discreet and easy to spend time with. I value good conversation, good energy and mutual respect, and I take care to make every meeting feel relaxed rather than rushed.
