Q: What is your specialty?

A: Probably people who want more than a performance.

I’m at my best when there’s real attraction, conversation, humor, a little tension, and enough freedom for the chemistry to become whatever it’s going to become.

I don’t really sell a character. My niche is making the experience feel human.

Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: I go to the gym, I take care of myself, and I try to keep some balance.

I’m not interested in turning food or fitness into a religion. I like looking good, feeling good, and still being able to enjoy dinner without calculating the emotional consequences of a french fry.

Q: What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?

A: I organize my life so I can change it.

I like enough structure to keep everything from falling apart, but enough freedom to throw the plan out when something better shows up. I move around, disappear into projects, meet people I probably never would have met otherwise, and occasionally decide halfway through the day that the day is going somewhere completely different.

I think that freedom to change direction is a big part of who I am. I don’t need everything figured out. I just need to know the choice is still mine.

Q: What would you say are your greatest attributes?

A: I’m sensitive. Very.

I feel things deeply, I get attached to memories, words can stay with me longer than they probably should, and sometimes something small can affect me more than something objectively huge.

For a long time I think I treated sensitivity like something I was supposed to toughen out of myself. I don’t anymore.

I’d rather feel too much than go through life barely touched by anything.

Q: What distinguishes you from all the other people you know?

A: I’m not very good at disappearing into a room.

My face reacts before I’ve decided whether it should, I laugh loudly, I ask questions, I say what I think, and when something gets my attention, you can usually tell.

I don’t think I consciously try to stand out. I just never learned how to make myself smaller so I’d be easier to overlook.

Q: Tell us about the best experience you have had in life.

A: Becoming a nomad, probably.

You learn very quickly what you actually need, what you can carry, what you can leave behind, and how much of “home” was really just habit.

Some moves have been beautiful, some completely ridiculous, and some very expensive lessons. But constantly starting over has probably taught me more about myself than staying comfortable ever could.

Q: What do you do for fun?

A: I’m ridiculously easy to entertain.

Give me somewhere I’ve never been, good people-watching, a terrible joke, and someone willing to say yes to a plan that was invented five minutes ago.

And don’t take me to a club unless you’re prepared to deal with me dancing to absolutely anything. I can probably find a beat in the sound of a can rolling down the street.

Q: How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?

A: I have a slightly unhealthy relationship with “good enough.”

If I care about something, I usually keep pushing until it feels right — a plan, a project, a conversation, whatever it is. Sometimes that means going the extra mile. Sometimes it means turning a perfectly simple idea into an entire operation for absolutely no reason.

I’m still learning when to stop.

Q: If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?

A: Honestly? I’d probably spend half the time asking you questions and then realize I was supposed to be talking about myself.

Eventually you’d learn that I collect random facts for absolutely no useful reason, I can turn one simple subject into six completely unrelated ones, and I ask “why?” far more often than necessary.

Add wine and I’ll probably tell you a few stories I wasn’t planning to tell, laugh at my own terrible jokes, and somehow convince both of us that a three-hour conversation only lasted twenty minutes.

Q: Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like others to absolutely know about you?

A: I don’t take myself too seriously.

I can have strong opinions, get completely obsessed with an idea, argue my point like my life depends on it… and still laugh when I realize I was being ridiculous.

Life already comes with enough drama. I don’t feel the need to become additional paperwork.

Q: What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?

A: Creating, probably more than any particular hobby.

Lately I’ve been writing my book. I also read a lot, fall into psychology and human-behavior rabbit holes, take photos, make things with my hands, and go to the gym.

I think I just like having something to work on. A page, an idea, a photo, a project, a plan — something that wasn’t there before.

That’s probably the common thread. I like creating things and seeing where they go.

Q: What are 5 things you can’t live without?

A: 1. Someone I can lose track of time talking to.
2. Moments of solitude to think and reset.
3. A new place, idea, or experience to discover.
4. Something that reminds me how beautiful life can be.
5. A little curiosity to carry into every day.

Q: How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

A: I think anyone who has looked at my profile already knows the answer to this one: I’m a nomad.

I like movement, new places, and that strange little feeling of starting over somewhere I don’t know yet. I can get comfortable almost anywhere, but if I stay still too long, I eventually start wondering what’s somewhere else.

Q: What would you like your readers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?

A: I think people are a little like keys. Different people unlock different rooms in me.

Someone can bring out the part of me that talks too much and laughs at everything. Someone else can make me quiet, curious, almost introspective. There are people who bring out my sarcasm, others my tenderness, and every once in a while someone appears and introduces me to a side of myself I hadn’t really noticed before.

I’ve always found that a little magical.

It doesn’t mean I become a different person. I think we all carry more inside us than what shows up every day, and sometimes another person creates exactly the right combination for one of those parts to come alive.

Maybe that’s one of the reasons I’m so fascinated by people. Meeting someone new isn’t only discovering who they are. Sometimes you discover something new about yourself too.

Q: What should others absolutely know about you?

A: Probably that the loudest part of me isn't always the most important one.

Confidence is easy to notice. So is the sarcasm, the flirting, the part of me that likes to play with a moment and see where it goes. But if I actually care about someone, it usually shows in much quieter ways.

I pay attention. I remember the thing you mentioned almost by accident. I notice when your energy changes, when you're uncomfortable, when something you said doesn't quite match what you're feeling. I may not always make a speech about it, but I notice.

I think that's something people sometimes discover about me a little later: beneath all the noise, I'm actually paying very close attention.

Q: What do you enjoy most about yourself?

A: My honesty. Not because I think every thought deserves to be said out loud — it doesn’t.

I’m actually careful with honesty. There’s a time, a word, a way of saying something that can make the difference between being honest and simply being cruel. I look for that moment.

With myself, though, I’m almost ridiculously honest. I’ll say my crazy thoughts out loud, admit when I’ve done something stupid, laugh at my own contradictions, and tell a story even when I’m the one who looks ridiculous in it. I don’t need to edit myself into the hero.

But honesty doesn’t mean naivety either. I don’t tell everyone everything. I know people can lie, manipulate, misunderstand, or simply not deserve access to certain parts of you.

I think what I really like about myself is that I can see the world for what it is without letting that turn me into someone cruel. I can still choose to be honest.
