RentMen:
How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?
SANTOS_FTM:
My version of going the extra mile is staying curious, listening deeper, and always showing up with the best I’ve got.
It also looks like choosing growth even when it’s uncomfortable, giving my full attention when others only give half and consistently doing the little things no one notices.
RentMen:
What would you like your readers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
SANTOS_FTM:
I’m not here to be perfect. I’m here to be real. To grow. To stumble forward. And to show up—fully + honestly, even when it’s messy.
RentMen:
What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
SANTOS_FTM:
Nutrition fuels my body, so I focus on whole plant based, nutrient-dense foods while still allowing balance. I have followed a vegan diet for over a decade with an emphasis on high protein, moderate carbs and low fat.
As for workout regimen, I generally follow a PPL split (3 days on, 1 off) on a continuous basis with some sort of cardio almost daily.
RentMen:
What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?
SANTOS_FTM:
My lifestyle revolves around staying active, eating nutritious foods and maintaining a strong mindset. Death is my motivation to live every day as if it’s my last. While some people are scared of it, the idea of not living up to my full potential provides me with just enough pressure to make the most of each day.
Fitness isn’t just about working out—it’s about discipline, consistency and constantly striving to improve. I prioritize movement every day, whether it’s strength training, cycling, or mobility work.
What makes me who I am is my dedication to growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Fitness has taught me resilience, patience, and the power of pushing past limits. It’s not just a hobby; it’s a mindset that pours into every part of my life.
